Palm Tree Specialist

Palms are their own kind of job — and they’re our specialty. From a quick coconut trim to removing a towering royal palm in a tight spot, we handle South Florida’s palms with the right technique and equipment.

South Florida runs on palms — and they need care that’s different from other trees. Overgrown fronds, heavy seed pods and coconuts become a hazard in wind, and a tall palm in the wrong spot is a serious removal. As palm specialists, We Care For Trees LLC trims, cleans and removes every common South Florida palm safely.

“Removed a tremendous royal palm for my dad in a difficult spot — got it done safe and calm. The best tree service company.” — Charliyah J., Google review

Palms we work with

Royal palms, coconut palms, Canary Island date palms, foxtails and more. One long-time customer had us trim a Canary palm and three coconuts — “came the same day, quick and easy, took all the trimmings with them.” That’s the standard on every palm job.

Removals done safely

Tall palms are heavy and awkward to bring down near homes and pools. We use a bucket truck for control and, if you’re taking one out, can add stump grinding so nothing’s left behind. Fully licensed and insured. Prefer to keep and shape your other trees? See tree trimming.

Palm Tree Service FAQ

Questions About Palms

How often should palms be trimmed?

Most South Florida palms benefit from trimming once or twice a year to remove dead fronds and seed pods. Coconuts near driveways or walkways may need it more often for safety.

Can you remove a very tall palm near my house?

Yes. Tall, tight-spot palm removals are a specialty. We use a bucket truck for control and can grind the stump afterward.

Do you take away the fronds and coconuts?

Yes — all fronds, pods and debris are hauled away and the area left clean.
